Millions of 'Em!

The Minor Million was produced in a strictly limited run of 350 cars to celebrate the fact that the Morris Minor had become the first British car to sell over a million units. This feat took 12 years to achieve and by today's production levels is laughable small - but in a post-WWII Britain such numbers were pretty amazing. The Morris Minor was a huge success both in the UK and overseas and it is largely due to the Minor that Morris Motors survived in the post-war years.

The Million can be identified by it's unique lilac paint and white vinyl seats, and also the distinctive '1000000' badges on the boot and the sides of the bonnet.

According to the most recent figures that I have heard, there are only about 70 Millions left on the roads, so if you find one, grab it! You'll be saving a significant part of the Morris Minor heritage.
