It's the most radical Minor I've seen in New Zealand.
It's a Splitscreen Highlight that has been awesomely modified! Under the bonnet is a 293cubic inch V8. The roof has been chopped by a massive 5 inches and the rear window has been moved forward by about 3 inches, creating an early 40's Ford-like coupe shape.
The rear guards (widened of course) hide huge 8 inch rims which are fitted with 235/60x14 tyres.
The front grill sports a DeSoto grill and an extra set of headlights courtesy of a Lowlight. The paint job is actually a Blue Pearl over Red, but unfortunately it's almost impossible to photograph!
Awesome-looking or what!?
Update
This car was bought by Barry and Michelle Hunter a few years back and is now lower, wider and greener.
