Gary Ellis has been a Minor Maniac for decades.
It was still the Sixties when he first began modifying Minors. And this is the very one he started with. It has been through more changes in style than most Minors have had oil changes, including the 'standard' 1275cc engine and Riley brakes setup. But this is perhaps the ultimate incarnation of the car.
With Rover V8 power and a perfectly executed top chop, the car sits just right over those massive rear wheels. It has been featured in magazines many times, and the poster is on my wall.
