Rob Slater and his wife Trudy built this fantasic looking radical Minor out of a 1957 4-door saloon.
Using 4x4 Ford Escort Cosworth running gear, the engine has been fully worked and now runs a T4 turbo and nitrous oxide injection to deliver 550bhp to the wheels. There's also a full spaceframe chassis underneath, an 8 point cage to keep the passengers safe, 17" Khan rims, 205x40x17 rubber, bucket seats, harnesses, one piece glassfibre front & bootlid,
It's a great looking car and has been featured in Retro Cars magazine, and won first prize at the UK MMOC Nationals 2003 for Best Custom..
