	Click here for The Little Woodie's homepage I'll let Terry Goodman describe his awesome Traveller ... "I started with a 1987 Ford Couger engine & trans (302ci with an o/d automatic). I then cut the firewall and floor out of the body of my 1959 Traveller. I had a 1986 Mazda pickup truck from which I narrowed and shortened the frame using the original Mazda front suspension/steering and replacing the rear-end with a narrowed Ford 9" while still retaining the rear leaf springs from the Mazda truck. "After temporarily positioning the engine/trans in place up front I lowered the body down over the assembly. I then built the new floor and firewall to fit the new location. At this point I could weld the motor/trans motor mounts in place and now having a rolling vehicle. "The rest is the usual. Paint, wiring, wood refinishing & detailing. Options include - air conditioning & heat, power windows, cruise control, tilt wheel, stereo, computerized port injection and damn little room left for my legs! "It was great fun and of course turns all the heads at the car cruises around our area. I am located in Pennsylvania, USA, very near to the well established "Carlisle" and "Hershey" (Chocolatetown USA) cars shows."
